All orders are delivered to the United States Post Office by I Will Not Apologize® in Nebraska and subsequently delivered by the United States Post Office. Currently, we are shipping all orders at no charge.

Tracking a Package


After placing your order, you will receive a receipt and confirmation of your order. All order status communication is done via email, so it is important that your email address is accurate and current. In order to ensure you receive our shipping status emails, please add sales@iwillnotapologize.com to your address book. In addition, we will also notify you by e-mail if there was an issue with filling your order. “You can log into your account at any time to track the status of your order. “

Orders are processed Monday through Friday and ALL ITEMS ARE SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY. Please allow 1 business day for order processing before your package is shipped. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Back Orders

Some items may be missing sizes, and this will be indicated when you choose the item. If a size is out of stock, you will not be able to select the sizes that are unavailable. At times, items sell very quickly and we may generate a back order. If this happens, you will be notified via email and you will have a series of options. You will be given the date the item will be available, and you will be asked if you want to wait for the item. We can ship what is available and wait for the back ordered item, we can issue a gift certificate for future use for that item, or we can issue back a credit to your credit card and close the back order. We will notify you within 48 hours of creating a back ordered item.



Returns and Exchanges Policy


Your online shopping at iwillnotapologize.com is risk free. We understand that since you cannot touch and feel products when shopping online, you want to be sure you will be fully pleased with your purchase. If you received the wrong shirt or the shirt we sent you is defective, do not just mail it back to us. Please contact us at support@iwillnotapologize.com with your order number and specifics on what we messed up, and we will take care of it for you.

Unworn/unwashed shirts can be exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Email us at support@iwillnotapologize.com and we can let you know how to exchange your shirt.
