We believe that everyone has a cause, belief system, or at best, an opinion. We also believe that in this hyper sensitive world we have been slowly encouraged to keep those things to ourselves as not to offend. So we simply ask the question,
WHY?What’s wrong with a good ol’ fashioned debate?
Do you shy away from certain discussions for fear of revealing your true thoughts? Do you cast your gaze downward and kick a pebble when someone finds out your political affiliation or the cause that drives you? Have you been apologizing for yourself so long that you've forgotten who you are? Be honest with yourself, and be ashamed no more!
We are not counter culture; we are not disillusioned youth who want to throw our fists in the air and start a parade down main-street. We are simply tired of having to apologize for who we are and what we believe. We think you might be as well.
No Apologies is a movement, a philosophy, an unabashed, in your face, truth-telling apparel company. This is a rebellion from conformity; a war against the suppression of your true identity. We say, 'enough already... BE WHO YOU BE!'
A Brief History
In the Spring of 2007, Rick was thinking about the current state of affairs in today's culture. Exhausted with the notion of the world seeking apologies for basic personal beliefs Rick said, "Why should we have to apologize for what we believe?"
Hence, No Apologies Apparel was born.
Over the course of the next several months NAA started to discover that they were not the only ones exhausted with this phenomenon but many people groups were also apologizing for their very existence. What we at NAA want to communicate is not a simple message on a shirt but a philosophy of living. This philosophy includes personal pride, strength in what you believe and courage to wear it on your sleeve.
To all of you, we invite you to join the movement
